Welcome to LIVERIA
LIVERIA International Realty is a Swiss-founded boutique property advisory for private clients and family offices. We are not a volume agency. We work with a small number of clients at a time, on a small number of properties, and we know every one of them personally.
The firm was founded by Valeria Ivic, who came to property from Switzerland’s fiduciary and trust sector. That background still defines how LIVERIA works: an asset is assessed on its numbers, its ownership structure and its exit before anyone talks about the view. Today we hold mandates across Mauritius, the Seychelles, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and Montenegro, working with notaries, tax advisors, banks and developers in each.

Our base is Mauritius, with a second presence in Dubai. Both are markets where international buyers arrive with capital and questions, and where the gap between what is advertised and what is genuinely available is widest. Being inside those markets is what gives us access to the second category.

We advise across three areas: prime residential, investment property bought for yield, and off-market. The off-market side runs from apartments and villas that never reach a portal through to operating hotels, beachfront hospitality sites, land parcels and private islands. Every property we list is mandated directly by its owner, so prices and information come first-hand.

No two clients arrive with the same brief. Some want a home, some want income, some want a second residency, and some want a structure that will still make sense to their children. We begin by establishing which one it actually is, because the right property for one is rarely the right property for another.

Valeria's journey into the world of real estate began with a profound realization — that the potential of real estate knows no bounds. Under Valeria's leadership, LIVERIA has become a symbol of global excellence, serving as a hub for discerning clients worldwide and a testament to the power of visionary thinking.
LIVERIA was founded with a clear purpose: to bring professionalism, integrity and genuine advisory to luxury property.
Valeria Ivic, Swiss-Croatian by background, was raised in Switzerland, where she began her career in the fiduciary and trust sector. She specialised in accounting, tax structuring, asset protection and real estate portfolio management. This foundation shaped her analytical approach and her understanding of wealth preservation and strategic property investment.
After relocating to Mauritius in 2019, Valeria identified a clear gap in the market. The island offered exceptional opportunities, but many international investors lacked the structured guidance and transparency they were accustomed to. LIVERIA was created to provide exactly that.
Today, Valeria is based between Dubai and Mauritius. She leads LIVERIA as an international property advisory with a strong focus on cross-border investment, working primarily with HNWI and UHNWI who value discretion, precision and long-term strategy.
